| 摘 要： | 为了加强学生的综合素质和创新能力的培养，对高职植物保护专业主干课程《植物化学保护》、《农药管理》和财经类专业课程《市场营销》、《经济法》等4门课程进行了系统地整合，并对教学内容进行了优化。通过3年的研究与实践，开发形成了一门新课《农药应用与管理》。出版了与上述新的课程配套的教材及教学文件，教学效率和效果大大提高，教师和学生在整合和优化的研究与实践中得到了成长。针对整合与优化的动态性，指出了授课教师努力的方向。
