民族地区产城教融合的内在逻辑及其实现——基于三螺旋理论的分析

我国少数民族地区社会经济发展滞后，产业基础薄弱，城镇化进程缓慢，其战略地位却至关重要。有效破解少数民族地区发展困境，关键在于实现产城教融合。三螺旋理论对研究民族地区产城教融合问题有着较强的理论适切性，融合的内在逻辑体现为：在产城教三螺旋中，民族产业是先锋核心，中小城镇是载体，职业教育是驱动力，人才是连接的纽带，能够提升三者交互而产生的知识、共识和创新三空间的融合程度，职业教育驱动知识空间、中小城镇承载共识空间、民族产业打造创新空间、人才要素提升三螺旋空间融合度等是推动民族地区产城教融合实现的有效途径。

The Internal Logic and Its Realization of the Integration of Industry,Urbanization and Education in Ethnic Minority Areas:Analysis Based on Triple Helix Theory

Ethnic minority areas,with relative backward social and economic development,weak industrial foundation and slow process of urbanization,hold important strategic position in our country.The key to effectively solving the development dilemma is to realize the integration of industry,urbanization and education.The triple helix theory is theoretically appropriate to study the integration of industry,urbanization and education in the ethnic minority areas.The inherent logic of integration is as follows:in the triple helix of industry,urbanization and education,the ethnic industry is the core,the small and medium-sized towns are the carrier,and the vocational education is the driving force.And the talents,as the link,can enhance the degree of integration of knowledge,consensus and innovation.Effective ways to promote the integration of industry,urbanization and education in the ethnic minority areas,in which vocational education drives knowledge space,small and medium-sized towns carry consensus space,ethnic industry creates innovation space,and the talents promote the integration of the three space.
