| 摘 要： | 先进的生态法治基本原则对藏族聚居区生态法治体系的构建、生态的恢复和保护以及和谐生态社会的发展具有重要的意义。文章认为在确立藏族聚居区生态法治基本原则的过程中,需要汲取和发掘藏族传统的生态文明资源,将藏族传统生态文明与现代生态法治理论有机地结合起来,最终完成符合藏族聚居区生态和社会基本情况的、具有藏族聚居区特色的生态法治基本原则。

| Abstract: | The construction of fundamental principle of ecological law in Tibet regions is very important to protecting Tibetan ecological situation and ecological sustainable development.This paper pays attention on the content that the fundamental principle of ecological law in Tibet regions needs the classification and absorption in Tibetan traditional ecological civilization.It is the path that we should take care of interaction between Tibetan traditional ecological civilization and modern advanced ecological legal theory.Only in this way,we will have a good future in Tibetan fundamental principle of ecological law which fit the basic situation of Tibetan ecology and society. |
