普通高校体育教学改革创新与实践研究

采用文献资料和教学实验等方法，分析讨论了现行体育教育教学改革的缺失与对策；提出了在“以人为本”、“健身第一”的新理念下，普通高校体育教学应与未来社会对人才的要求结合起来，拓宽高校体育的健身、娱乐、心理、保健、竞争等方面的功能，发展学生的个性，培养学生的体育习惯和终身体育能力。通过对我校体育教学进行的全面改革，构建了以地方特色为主，全面提高学生体育素质，融体育教育与健康教育为一体，多层次的体育课程体系。经过两年多的实验教学和教学实践，证明它促进了学生主动、健康、生动、激发的学习锻炼和发展，实现了体育教育对主体性人格的培养，为学生走向社会得到全面和谐统一的发展奠定基础。

Innovation and Practice of Physical Education Teaching at Ordinary University

This thesis discusses the disadvantages of current physical education teaching and provides the solutions to the problem based on the documentation and experiments. The new idea, which is human-oriented and body-building first, has been put forward, so physical education at ordinary universities should be associated with the demand for talents in the future society, expanding the functions of physical education such as bodybuilding, entertainment, mental health, competition to develop students＂ characters, foster their physical training habit and improve their physical training ability. After two years＂ experimental teaching and practice, the multi-level curriculum system with local characteristics has been formed, which mingles physical education with health education and improves students＂ physical quality. It encourages students to train and develop actively, healthily, vigorously to foster their characters and it also lays the foundations for their whole, harmonious and integrate development when they go into society.
