心理契约与企业文化的关系研究

摘    要:
心理契约是个体人格的组织化,企业文化是企业的人格化;员工心理契约的“个性”与企业文化的“共性”的互动关系是推动企业前进的原动力。从结构维度、形成机理、作用与功能等方面对心理契约与企业文化进行比较,可发现两者之间存在的这种互动关系,案例分析则进一步揭示了心理契约与企业文化的目标一致原则。

Abstract:
Corporate culture is the personalization of the enterprise, while psychological contract is the systematization of the individual character. The interchangeable relationship between the personality of employees’ psychological contract and the commonness of corporate culture is the impulsion which stimulates the development of the enterprise. Based on the discussion of psychological contract and the implication of corporate culture, we compare the psychological contract with the corporate culture in the areas of dimensionality, forming mechanism and structure, effect and function etc, analyze their relationship, and then point out that the aim of psychological contract is the same with the corporate culture in enterprises of China.
