| Abstract: | In this paper ,the authors have discussed the deep and important influence on college librarys which is brought by the tide of information network modernization.The college librarys in the network epoch will break through the traditional resources will be expanded from the library collection to the whole of network,which provides richer information resources for the readers.And also,the authors have concretely set forth that the librarians in the network epoch must be qualified for their jobs,and they must be of the proper morality qualities,the specialized qualities which are corresponded with their work and modern knowledge qualities. |
