对师德建设的再认识

师德建设在不同的历史时期有着不同的特点、内容和要求。当前,加强师德建设是落实“科教兴国”战略的客观要求,是教育事业发展和建设高素质教师队伍的需要。师德建设要以邓小平理论和江泽民“三个代表”、“以德治国”重要思想为指导,遵循注重政治、以人为本、与时俱进、实事求是的原则,要明确其基本要求,做到认识到位、措施到位、保障到位。

Rethinking on Morality Construction of Teachers

Teachers' morality construction has different characteristics,contents and requirements in different stages of history.At the present,the construction is of great significance in that it meets the requirements of implementing the strategy of "rejuvenating our country through science and technology",and is conducive to the educational development and building-up of highly competent instructional staff for the educational undertakings.The guidelines for the construction should be Deng Xiaoping Theory,the "Three Represents" important thoughts by Jiang Zeming,and "ruling the country by virtues".During the construction,the following principles should be adhered to: politics always first,people-centeredness,keeping pace with the times,and seeking truth from facts.All the educators must be fully aware of these requirements,and accordingly take effective measures to guarantee a good result.
