| 摘 要： | 在英语中,条件概念的表达方式,除了用条件连接词如if,unless等引导的条件状语外,还可以有多种表达方式,这不仅出现于虚拟语气,而且还可包含在陈述语气、祈使语气的句中。而在有些文体中(如小说、戏剧)中,含蓄条件句比普通的条件状语从句的出现率更高。

| Abstract: | In English,the notion of condition can be expressed by adverbial clauses which are introduced by conjunctions like if,unless, etc.However,many other kinds of ways,which can be found not only in subjunctive mood,but in indicative mood and imperative mood as well,may also contribute to the expression of condition.In such literary style as fiction or drama,implied condition tends to have a higher frequency than adverbial clause of condition,which is thought to be more apparant in expression. |
