| 摘 要： | 企业专利申请是为实现企业的一定战略目标服务的,其本身也具有相当的战略色彩。企业专利申请战略主要涉及到申请决策、申请时机、申请种类、申请范围、申请国别等内容。在具体的申请实务中则存在相应的策略。企业运用好专利申请战略有利于更好地实施专利战略和开展市场经营活动,提高在国内外市场的竞争力。

| Abstract: | The enterprise’s application of patents serves for its specific strategic goal, so the application itself involves some strategies, including decision-making, timing, categories, range, and country. In practical application, different strategies are required. Good strategies are beneficial for carrying out the enterprise’s patent strategies and promoting the enterprise’s marketing, thus making it more competitive in both domestic and international market. |
