| Abstract: | Running the State by Law" advanced by the Communist Party of China during the third of the 11th National Congress as a basic policy, is the milestone of the development of China's socialist legal system. The justice of judicial organs and the army are the pillars of China's socialist legal system .On the basis of the current social situation and judicial environment in China,the auther puts forward the specific ways of how to establish a just judicial army in the central district of the city. |
