| 摘 要： | 从分析高等教育成本、收益以及风险出发，使用成本一收益模型讨论具体高等教育费用分担问题，结论是社会公共和私人共同分担高等教育费用能够实现帕雷托改进，社会福利水平得到提升。根据中国目前高等教育融资实际，提出创新的融资模式：一方面走完全社会福利化道路，建立教育公积金制度、发行教育彩票；另一方面走完全市场商业化道路，成立教育猎头公司以及结构融资。以期用多种方法来解决高等教育费用问题。 |

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the cost sharing of higher education in terms of education cost,revenue and risk using the cost-revenue model.The conclusion is that the public and the individual sharing the cost of higher education can achieve the Pareto improvement,thus enhancing the welfare of the whole society.According to the reality of China's current higher education financing,innovative financing models are proposed to solve the problem of cost of higher education.Specifically,on one hand,completely follow the... |
