| 摘 要： | 乌拉圭回合谈判的结束和《服务贸易总协定》的签订 ,标志着当代国际贸易的内涵和结构发生了重大变化 ,多边贸易体制日臻完善。服务贸易自由化被纳入了多边贸易体制管辖之内 ,意味着中国和世界各国一样 ,将在一种新的多边规则下进行服务业市场开放和服务贸易活动。为了更好地促进我国服务贸易的发展 ,应根据当代服务贸易的发展趋势 ,研究制定我国国际服务贸易发展对策

| Abstract: | The ceasing of Uruguay Round negotiation and Signing of GATS mark that connotation and structure of current international trade have greatly changed, multilateral trade system is getting more and more perfect. Liberalization of service trade is brought into multilateral trade system, which means that China will open service industry market and take part in service trade activities under the control of new multilateral regulations as all other countries. In order to promote the development of service trade in our country, we should research and formulate the developmental countermeasures against international service trade according to the developmental trend of current service trade. |
