新生代农民工的母语能力缺失与补偿

由于所接受的农村母语教育是一种弱势的母语教育，当前政府倡导的农民工培训体系也没有母语教育的应然地位，新生代农民工出现了语言态度与使用问的矛盾、语言交际能力弱、汉语使用严重失范及缺乏良好阅读习惯等母语能力缺失的状况。母语能力的缺失直接影响着农民工的就业、维权、群体性地位。因此，应在观念引导和气氛营造的基础上，举行诸如普通话培训、演讲指导、口语交际、美文朗读等培训辅导，对新生代农民工进行以语言交际力和阅读习惯培养为中心的母语补偿教育。
