| 摘 要： | 房地产金融衍生品制度创新是房地产金融市场发展的必然之义。实施制度创新,是房地产金融机构在内在动力和外在压力下的必然结果;实施制度创新,将保证中国房地产金融衍生品市场在发展初期就能有良性的制度规范。房地产金融衍生品制度创新是一个系统体系,我国需要从多方面着手构建完善的房地产金融衍生品制度创新体系,并构建完善的制度创新环境保障体系。
