基于生命周期的业绩评价指标体系的设计

摘    要:为了发挥业绩评价的作用,使业绩评价的结果更加客观和合理,应将生命周期与企业业绩评价结合考虑,站在企业整体的角度,从战略发展的角度设计企业不同发展阶段的业绩评价指标体系。通过对现有的企业业绩评价模式的比较和分析,结合企业在生命周期不同发展阶段的特征,设计基于生命周期的企业业绩评价模式。在对企业生命周期不同发展阶段的战略目标和关键成功因素分析的基础上,结合设计的业绩评价指标模式,构建业绩评价指标体系。

Abstract:In order to play the role of performance evaluation and to make the results of performance evaluation more objective and reasonable,it is necessary to take the life cycle and enterprise performance evaluation into account.The paper designs the enterprises index system in different stages of development from the perspective of the overall enterprise and the strategic perspective of the development.Through the comparison of and the analysis of the existing business model of performance evaluation and with the different characteristics on different stages of corporate life cycle,the paper designs performance evaluation index system.The paper tries to incorporate the key successful factors into performance evaluation,thus designing the index system.
