摘    要:在全面分析导致高校学报编校质量下降的原因的基础上,指出编辑的业务能力和工作态度是决定学报编校质量的关键所在。因此,除编辑在主观意识上要加强认识外,在外部还应该建立起有效学习机制来全面提升编辑的业务素质和专业素质,并在加强学习的同时公正地执行有关奖惩制度,以促进编辑端正工作态度,使编辑在业务上和思想上都实现质的飞跃,从而确实有效地全面提高学报的编校质量。

Abstract:The editing and proof-reading quality of college journals is on the fall nowadays. On the basis of analyzing the reasons for such a phenomenon, this paper points out that the editors' professional quality and attitude are the two most important factors that decide the quality of college journals. Therefore, the editors should not only pay attention to the fall of quality, but they should also form an effective learning mechanism to improve their professional quality. Besides, an impartial implementation of the punishment- and-encouragement rule is necessary for it can help the editors to form a correct working attitude and constantly strive for the improvement of their performance. In this case, the quality of college journals can be substantially improved.
