| Abstract: | A comprehensive survey of traditional Chinese culture shows that harmony in ancient people's minds was all-round and multi-layer. It was a kind of great harmony: harmony between man and nature, between man and man, between man and himself. It was the harmony of the world. In Chinese traditions there are relatively systematic discussions of the essence and value of harmony and how to achieve harmony. |
