民办高校制度文化建设的思考简

从民办高校当前内涵建设的客观要求出发，从“内”、“外”两个方面梳理总结民办高校校园制度文化建设的现状。进一步分析当前民办高校校园制度文化建设存在的问题。提出提升民办高校制度文化建设的途径：完善富有实效性的外部制度文化；健全有激励作用的内部制度文化；制度文化建设的核心是育人。

On the Institutional Culture Construction in the Private Colleges

Starting from the objective demand of the connotation construction in private colleges, the writer summa- rizes the present status of the institutional culture construction in private colleges from both the ＂ inner＂ and ＂outer＂ aspects. The paper further analyzes the problems existing in the current system in private universities campus cul- ture construction. And in the end, The author put forward some means to promot cultural construction of private colleges system as well as improving the effectiveness of external culture system and the interior incentive system culture; The core of systematical culture construction education is to educate college students.
