经济制度变迁与中国人际关系的演变

经济因素是影响人际关系的最根本因素,人际关系随经济制度的变迁而改变。中国传统人际关系建立在自给自足的小农经济基础之上,表现为一种以宗法血缘关系为核心的等级依附关系。社会主义公有制的建立促进了团结互助、平等友爱、相互关心、共同进步的新型人际关系。市场经济改变了中国人际关系结构,传统的乡土社会、身份社会逐渐转向现代市民社会、契约社会。同时市场经济也导致了竞争加剧、贫富差距增大、交往的功利性增强等一系列问题,给人际交往带来了负面影响。

Transition of Economic System and Evolution of Chinese Interpersonal Relationship

Economy is the most elementary factor influencing the interpersonal relationship,which changes with the economic system.Based on the small-scale peasant economy,Chinese traditional interpersonal relationship is a hierarchal attachment relation bonded by patriarchal blood tie.The construction of socialist public ownership contributes to the formation of a new type of interpersonal relationship that people work in unity and help each other,enjoy equal friendship,care about each other and make progress jointly.The market economy has changed the structure of Chinese interpersonal relationship.The traditional local community,status society has gradually transformed into modern civil society and contractual society.Meanwhile,the market economy also leads to a series of problems:rougher competition,widened gap between the rich and the poor,and strengthening of the utilitarianism in relationship,which are all negative effects on interpersonal relationship.
