| Abstract: | The paper presents that the core of planning the urban and rural development as a whole is to realize the marketization, industrialization, urban-ruralization and propertization, but when we understand the deep connotation of planning the urban and rural development as a whole,we can deepen the reform of the rural economical system further, promote the industrialization, urban-ruralization and agricultural propertization, and solve the proplems on farmers, farming and rural areas completely. |
