| 摘 要： | 基于以动态农户需求分析为切入点的'功能观'范式的分析框架,通过对农户演化及其结构的分析,指出农户的转型与结构优化已成为推动我国农业、农村经济发展的核心问题;继而通过系统的需求与约束分析,推导出定位我国农村金融功能的核心理念体现在多维性、促进性和普惠性三个层面上.
