社会主义核心价值观引领新农村先进文化建设实现机制

社会主义核心价值观是社会主义先进文化建设的指导思想。新形势下,农村文化生活实现了由单一向多样转变,精神状态实现了由依附性向自主性的转变,精神品质不断提升。但也出现了对农村的先进文化建设重视不足,文化活动的内容和形式与农民群众需求不成比例,农村的精神文化生活依然处于较低水平等问题。基于文化建设现状,新农村先进文化建设需要由社会主义核心价值观来引领,通过动力支持机制、目标实现机制、环境优化机制和服务保障机制来实现。

Implementation Mechanism Guided by Socialist Core of Advanced Culture Construction Values in the New Countryside

The socialist core values are serving as the guiding ideology in constructing the socialist ad- vanced culture. Under the new situation, cultural life in the rural areas has realized the transformation from single to multiple, rural residents＇ mental state has realized the transformation from dependent to independent, and their mental quality is enjoying a continuous improvement. However, some problems have emerged. For ex- ample, advanced cultural construction is ignored in rural areas, the content and forms of cultural activities fail to match the farmers＇ demand, and there is much to be desired for the spiritual and cultural life in rural areas. Based on such reality, it is important that the construction of advanced culture in the new countryside be led by socialist core values through a dynamic supporting mechanism, a goal mechanism, an environmental optimiza- tion mechanism and a service mechanism.
