| 摘 要： | 深化金融体制改革的一个重要方面就是要按照现代金融发展的要求 ,完善我国的金融监管体系 ,提高金融监管水平。随着网络银行的出现和发展 ,导致现有的金融监管法律制度受到了诸多的挑战 ,对网络银行实施有效的监管是金融监管法律制度中不可或缺的重要方面。

| Abstract: | One of the measures which is to deepen the reform of financial system is according to the claim of modern financial development, consummating national financial supervising system and improving the level of financial supervising. With the appearance and development of internet-banking, the legal system of financial supervising is coming in for a good many challenges. It is very important for the legal system of financial supervising to implement the effective measures supervising on the internet-banking. |
