| 摘 要： | 本文以江苏省1994-2009年52个县(市)为样本,以F-H检验为理论框架,采用GLS模型研究了农村金融发展进程中的区域市场分割问题.研究表明,农村金融市场在县域层面分割性是由金融体制和金融政策的制约、地方行政壁垒的条块分割等因素造成的；随着农村区域经济和农村金融改革不断发展和深化,农村区域金融市场分割程度呈U型变化趋势,后期服务“三农”的强金融控制政策抑制了农村金融市场的整合.

| Abstract: | Basing the study on F-H theorem,employing a panel data set for 52 counties in Jiangsu Province over the period 1994-2009,and applying GLS model,the article analyzes the regional market segmentation of rural finance in the reform process.The conclusion is that the segmented financial market is caused by the restriction of financial system and financial policies and administrative bulwarks in different regions,the segmentation displays U-shaped changes in the rural financial reform process,and the strong controlling policies in service to "San Nong" strengthens segmentation. |
