| 摘 要： | "儒商"现象,是一种典型的"路径依赖",一种文化依赖."儒商"精神的核心,是强调经济行为的群体和合.此外,它还强调"洞悉天下物情"的宏阔眼光.它是中国式"智慧"在经济活动中的体现."儒商"精神的局限一是普遍性劳作价值核心和超越性经济动力的稀缺;二是商务活动中以契约精神为核心的经营法制意识和规程的缺乏.融汇中西商业伦理精华,熔铸全新的商业精神,是新时期经济伦理建设的重大任务.

| Abstract: | The phenomenon of the scholar businessmen is a typical path dependence,a cultural dependence.The kernel of the spirit of the scholar businessmen is to stress the group harmony.Besides,it also stresses the broad sight of knowing clearly the state of affairs.It is the reflection of China type wisdom in economic activities.The limitations of the scholar businessmen are as follows:One is the kernel of value of the universal manual work and the lack of surpassed economic power;second is the shortage of the law awareness and rules in management following the kernel of the spirit of the contract.It is the great task of the construction of economic,moral principles in the new era to circulate the cream of the Chinese and Western moral principles in business and to cast the brand new commercial spirit. |
