| 摘 要： | 本文通过对绿色供应链构建各个环节的分析,揭示了企业文化对绿色供应链构建的重要作用,主要是企业文化在环境管理意识、经营管理职能整合和沟通方面对绿色供应链构建的影响,最后提出了适应绿色供应链构建的企业文化的几个引导方向。

| Abstract: | Through an analysis of each link in the establishment of green supply chain, this paper points out the important role enterprise culture plays in the establishment of green supply chain, with emphasis of enterprise culture on the establishment of green supply chain in environmental management sense, the integration and contact of managerial and administrative functions. Finally, the paper proposes some directions in enterprise culture catering to the establishment of green supply chain. |
