| 摘 要： | 马克思和诺思都对制度进行了研究,并把它作为经济增长和社会发展的重要因素。在理论逻辑、研究方法和阶级立场方面,这两种理论存在很大的差别。本文从产权、国家、意识形态这三个具体的制度层面对两者的理论进行比较,并作简要的评价。

| Abstract: | Although Marx and North both consider institution as a research object and take it as an important factor in economic growth and social development, their theories differ much in logic, research method, and position of class. This article compares their theories regarding institution from three specific aspects, namely, property rights, nation, and ideology, with brief evaluation presented. |
