| 摘 要： | 高校德育目标具有政治性、重复性和层次性等方面的特征。确立与实施高校德育目标应遵循社会需要和满足个人需要相结合、立足于现实与着眼于未来相结合、精神效益和物质效益相结合的基本原则。通过发挥"两课"教学在德育工作中的主渠道作用,加强人文素质教育,积极开展社会实践活动,以加速德育目标的实现。
