| 摘 要： | 在网络环境下，有效地利用医学期刊数据库等信息资源系统，可以把医学工作者从传统的手工检索工作中解放出来，取得事半功倍的效果。在调查医务人员的信息意识和能力现状的基础上，及时发现问题、认真分析问题、彻底解决问题，有针对性地提出行之有效的对策，是医学院校图书馆所面临的一个很现实的研究课题。
