| 摘 要： | 在对科技企业孵化器性质进行界定的基础上，对科技企业孵化器的孵化团队、孵化对象、孵化资源、孵化服务等基本构成要素进行了分析，探讨了科技企业孵化器的聚集效应、共享效应、催化效应、衍生效应以及各效应间的内在关系，研究了孵化环境的运行机制，并对常规孵化、反向孵化、虚拟孵化、衍生孵化模式进行了比较研究。

| Abstract: | On the basis of defining the character of scientific and technology business incubator, this paper analyzed the constitution elements of incubator such as incubation team, incubation object, incubation resources and incubation services, brought forward four incubation effects, that is, assembling effect, sharing effect, catalytic effect and derivation effect, and the intrinsic relations between these incubation effects, analyzed the operation mechanism of incubation circumstances, and studied the four incubation modes, that is, regular incubation, reverse incubation, virtue incubation and derivation incubation. |
