| Abstract: | Under some conditions,compound sentences in English can be transtformed into complex sentences with adverbial clauses of condition,result,time,degree,concession and cause,nominal clauses and attributive clauses.On the contrary,complex sentences can also be transformed into compound sentences.Understanding the transformation of compound sentences and complex sentences can help improve the ability in oral and written English expression. |
