10多年来,包括李秀英诉日本政府案在内共有五个涉及南京大屠杀史的诉讼案件在日本审理,其终审结果不尽相同,有胜有败.笔者作为涉案当事人,通过分析和评价这五个诉讼案的起因、实质、审判过程、审判结果,阐释诉讼案本身对于维护南京大屠杀史实、唤起人们的历史记忆,进而达到以史为鉴,开创未来,维护和平等诸方面的重要历史意义和现实价值.
