| 摘 要： | 当前的人才竞争日趋激烈 ,社会对人才的要求越来越高 ,人才的综合素质已成为人才竞争的决定性因素。在这种背景下 ,加强学生人文素质教育已成为不少高校的重要举措。音乐教育由于具有特殊的美育、智育、德育等功能 ,对当前人文素质教育具有很重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Currently, the talent competition is getting aboil. The request to talents also becomes higher and higher. Thus talent's comprehensive quality has turned into the determinant factor in talents competition. Under the situation, strengthening the students' arts quality is an important measure in colleges and universities. Because music education has some special functions of aesthetic education, intellectual education and moral education and so on, it is of great importance to arts quality education. |
