| 摘 要： | 预测评价区域发展有多种方法。采用四层递阶结构模式 :指标层、领域层、准则层、目标层可科学构建区域可持续发展度的计量指标体系 ,作为衡量区域综合发展水平的方法。在指标体系建立以后 ,围绕可持续发展度 ,通过指标权重的确定 ,指标量纲的消除 ,得出区域可持续发展度的计算模型 ,从而为全面预测评价区域可持续发展计量提供了分析工具。以江苏省高邮市区域发展的现在与未来为例 ,实证分析表明 ,区域未来发展规划的可行性和进一步引发增强区域可持续发展有力措施之必要。 |

| Abstract: | Many ways can be adopted in forecasting and evaluating the regional development.The calculating index system for the regional sustainable development can scientifically be set up by adopting four-level structural models,including index,region,standard and target.They can also be adopted in the measurement of the regional all-round development.The paper takes Gaoyou City of Jiangsu Province as an example and reaches the conclusion that the regional future contruction plan is workable and the further effectiveness on measures for regional sustainable development is necessary. |
