| Abstract: | This paper discusses the standard of identifying a resound brand that can be discerned by the popularity of the public and its good reputation. Based on the analysis, it discusses further the problems of resound brand and the brand-name of enterprise, and of the conflict between the rights of computerized name-right, finally suggests some countermeasures to cope with right conflicts. |
