内控视角下的高校合同管理研究

为了对高校合同进行规范化管理,依法维护高校的合法权益,提高学校的内部控制管理能力,从加强合同管理的必要 性着手,分析了高校合同管理的现状和存在的种种问题,并结合当前高校内部控制制度建设的相关要求,从思想认识、制度完 善、机制建设、人员素质、档案管理等方面提出了强化和规范高校合同管理的对策。

Research on University Contract Management from the Perspective of Internal Control

In an effort to regulate the management of college contracts, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of colle- ges and universities, and improve the internal control and management ability of colleges and universities, this article starts with the necessity of strengthening contract management and analyzes the current situation and existing problems in college contract management. Considering the correlative requirements for the construction of the internal control system of colleges and universities, this article also proposes the countermeasures to strengthen and standardize the contract manage- ment in colleges and universities from the aspects of ideological acknowledgement, system improvement, mechanism con- struction, personnel quality, file management, etc.
