| 摘 要： | 通过与英、法、美各国对历史文化保护区的定义、保护态度、手段等方面的对比,发现北京的历史文化保护区具有历史建筑丰富、传统民居众多、居民久居其地的特点,但是目前北京的历史文化保护区规划及保护重点是历史建筑和传统民居,而忽略了对居民的保护,应对北京社区的发展进行长远规划,对民居与居民进行整体性保护,以达到保留保护区传统风貌,促进其文化、经济与社会和谐发展的目的。

| Abstract: | The historic culture areas in Beijing have rich historic buildings,traditional style houses,with inhabitants living there for a long time.However,the related bureaus charged in planning and protection now focus just on the conservation of construction,contrasted with the advance definition,conservation manner of historic culture areas in the United Kingdom,France and the United States.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the long-term planning,the protection of inhabitants in order to conserve and develop the traditional style and features there.The policy of integrity protection for both inhabitants and traditional style houses is suggested based on above cognition. |
