| 摘 要： | 本文从科学社会主义理论与实践的高度分析了中国社会主义西部大开发的深刻动因,指出中国东西部依次发展"两个大局"的前提是加快发展,核心是共同富裕.强调实现富裕、公平和公正与社会主义同在.文章着力构建了有中国西部特色的社会主义国家扶持下的以现代化为契机的同市场机制相结合的多样性创新道路,其模式框架应是"突出四个领域、改组三重结构、应对两个挑战和东西部多元互动"的全新架构,强调我国社会发展结构领域应包括生态,经济,政治,文化四个方面.

| Abstract: | Based on the scientific socialist theory and practices, this article analyses the real causes for the west development of socialist China. It points out that a step-by-step development of the east and the west of China is the prerequisite for a quicker development and its core is a shared prosperity. It emphasizes prosperity, fairness and justice which accord with the socialist theory. It also discusses a flexible approach to the development of west China with socialist characteristics; finally it emphasizes that the ecological, economic, political and cultural aspects are the main components in socialist development. |
