| 摘 要： | 19世纪60年代至20世纪40年代，美日两国从各自的在华利益出发，在争夺中国的过程中既相互勾结又存在着尖锐的矛盾。美日的这种相互勾结和矛盾对当时中国社会的历史进程产生了重要影响。 |

Colludin and Conflict in the Course of Scrambling for China from USA and Japan from Sixties of the 19th to Forties of the 20th and Their Influences on China |

| Abstract: | USA and Japan not only colluded with each other but also existed sharp contradictions in the course of scrambling for China from respective interest in China from sixties of the 19th to forties of the 20th. This colluding with each other and contradiction of USA and Japan exerted a important influence on the process of history of Chinese society. |
