| 摘 要： | 政府危机管理是近些年来学术界研究的热点问题，本文以新媒体环境下的政府危机管理为中心，分析政府危机管理与新媒体的关系问题。并以新媒体的形态为基本维度，探讨新媒体的时效性、互动性、开放性以及政治博客对政府危机管理产生的影响，揭示政府在危机管理中所出现的正反两方面的分化。进而探讨面对这些变化，政府部门应该如何驾驭这些新媒体手段，以调整应对危机的策略。这对于在新媒体环境下建构我国的政府危机管理机制和发挥新媒体的社会公器作用具有学术和实践意义。
