| 摘 要： | 朝鲜半岛统一是历史发展的必然趋向。统一的路径选择持续化和平,其依赖于各种条件的出现。以2000年朝韩首脑历史性会晤为契机,朝鲜半岛出现明显的向着和平、和解方向快速发展的趋势。内因系事物流变的依据。北南军备态势及其控制、朝鲜经济秩序整合、韩国民主政治巩固等内在课题,是制约并决定朝鲜半岛未来流变及其统一进程的关键。厘清上述若干课题,有助于探寻北南创建朝鲜半岛永久和平机制的初步进路。

| Abstract: | The final unification of the Korean Peninsula is an inevitable historical trend.Unification is to be achieved through sustained peace depending on all kinds of necessary conditions.With the historic meeting between heads of North and South Korea as the turning point in 2000,there appeared an obvious trend speeding towards peace and reconciliation in the Peninsula.Internal factors are essential for the change of matters.The keys to restricting and determining the changes on the Korean Peninsula and its process of unification are the arms condition and its control in the North and South of the Korean Peninsula,the adjustment of economic order in North Korea and the consolidation of South Korean democratic regime.Resolving the above problems will be helpful in approaching the mechanism for building permanent peace on the Korean Peninsula. |
