| Abstract: | There has been a good beginning with the development of recycle economy in Hunan in spite of such obstacles as the lack of recognition as well as insufficiency of power and investment. Therefore there is a need to proceed with the full play of the leading role of the government with transformation of views and to take the development of recycle economy as the strategic choice for the new industrialization of Hunan. |
