| 摘 要： | 本文从科学发展现的视角分析了生态文明的内涵,指出生态文明是经济社会和生态环境协调发展的文明;是物质文明、精神文明与政治文明在自然与社会生态关系上的具体表现;是实现人类社会可持续发展所必然要求的社会进步状态.推进生态文明,建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会,是实现社会可持续发展的最佳选择,是科学发展观的必然结论.

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes ecological civilization from the perspective of scientific development, pointing out that ecological civilization is the harmonious development of economic society and ecological environment. It embodies material, spiritual and political civilization in the relationship between nature and social ecology, and is a necessary state in the fulfillment of continual social development. The promotion of ecological civilization and construction of resource-economical and environment-friendly society are the necessary conclusion of scientific development point of view as well as the best choice to fulfill the task of continual social development. |
