| 摘 要： | 和谐社会与现代法治的精神都体现了人本主义的基本理念,两者从不同的方面体现保障人权、促进人的全面发展的基本价值。和谐社会必须借助于现代法治才能实现,现代法治能为和谐社会提供基本理念、价值体系和规范体系。只有法治的社会才可能是和谐的,和谐社会是法治社会,法治是和谐社会的必要条件。

| Abstract: | The ideas of harmonious society and modern governance by law both reveal the fundamental concept of humanism,each of them embodying the guarantee of the basis value of the protection of human rights and the promotion of the all-round human development.The ideal of harmonious society can not only be realized through modern law while modern law provides the basic concept,value system and specified system for the harmonious society.Only law governed society can be harmonious,and harmonious society is governed by law.Governance by law is the necessity for harmony in the society. |
