| Abstract: | The decade of from 1978 to 1988 in China was a great period during which many great events and many changes occurred. One of the big changes in this period was the historical change in national technological concept. New technological concepts were put forward which strongly believed that science and technology were the production forces; economic development would rely on the progress of science and technology; science and technology would serve the economic development. New technology revolution offers a new chance and new challenge for new development. The new concepts of technology has exerted great influence on the social and technological progress of China since then. |
