| 摘 要： | 作为中世纪著名的教会法学派是由一群共同信仰上帝的教会法学家所组成的。教会法学派对现代民主宪政和发展有着不可忽略的影响力，这从教会法学派的产生与发展过程、教会法学派宪政思想内涵、教会法学派宪政对现代文明的影响中得到了体现。
