当前高专学前教育专业职前培养中存在的问题及解决对策

在当前我国学前教育改革中,高专学前教育专业培养幼儿园一线教师的作用日益凸显。但由于专业发展的局限,高专学前教育专业在培养幼儿教师的实践中存在许多问题,如,培养目标定位不清晰,课程体系缺乏系统性,生源质量不佳等。为提高教育质量,高专学前教育专业应着力于找准定位,明确培养目标,建构科学、合理的＂全实践＂课程体系,多渠道、多角度地提高生源质量。
