| 摘 要： | 美国的种族隔离现象由来已久，虽然法律上的相关规定早已被废除，但时至今日，社会上的种族隔离仍然存在。种族隔离制度从产生到消亡，联邦最高法院的作用不可低估。本文正是通过对这一制度的历史回顾，剖析最高法院在其兴衰过程中扮演的角色。对这一主题深入思考，将对我国的法治建设大有裨益。 |

| Abstract: | Racial segregation has a long story in America.Although it has been abolished in the law,it exists in society till now.The U.S.Supreme Court has much to do with the rise and fall of the racial segregation system.In this paper,the actions and functions of the Supreme Court are analysed by means of a review of the history of segregation.Thoughtfulness in detail on this topic is of great benefit in the construction of the law in our country. |
