| 摘 要： | 对权利学说的理论扒梳是经济法学研究绕不过的问题，无论在逻辑、立法、还是现实层面，经济权利都是一种客观存在的权利形态。民族经济权利包括民族经济平等权、民族经济自治权和民族经济扶助权，具有集体人权、发展权和宪赋人权的性质，能够促进民族地区民主法治、社会公平、经济发展和生态保护的实现，体现社会和谐价值。

| Abstract: | It is unavoidable to review the fight theory in the study of economic law. Whether it is from the aspect of logic, legislation, and reality, economic fights are the real existence. Ethnic economic fights include fights of equality, autonomy and assistanee, with the nature of collective human fights, development fights and constitutional rights. Ethnic economic fights, as the embodiment of harmonious society, can promote democracy, rule of law, justice, economic development and eeo-proteetion. |
