环京区域经济合作问题探讨

环京区域是中国的经济核心区域之一 ,但其总体发展水平已经落后于长江三角洲和珠江三角洲 ,其中一个重要原因是在环京区域没有形成一个合理的区域经济合作格局。本文从全国区域经济格局变化的角度回顾并分析环京区域经济合作发展过程 ;总结区域经济合作发展的一般规律与国外区域管理经验 ;在此基础上 ,探讨未来环京区域经济合作的发展方向与对策。作者认为 ,环京区域经济合作是一个复杂、重要的课题 ,必须从中央、地方与企业三个方面来促进该区域的经济合作

The research on regional economic cooperation in Geater Beijing Region

Greater Beijing Region is one of the economic core regions in China; however, the region's overall development lags behind, compared with Changjiang Delta Region and Zhujiang Delta Region. An important reason is that a suitable economic cooperation pattern has not yet been formulated. From the view of changes in China's regional economic development patterns, based on the review and analysis of the developing process of regional economic cooperation in Greater Beijing Region, and on the summary of general laws of regional economic cooperation combined with experiences from developed countries, this paper attempts to define the development direction of economic cooperation in Greater Beijing Region. The author argues that regional economic cooperation in Greater Beijing Region is a complicated, extremely important project, which should be promoted at three levels—central government, local government and enterprises.
